Most of our products are made individually and are not eligible for return. Before placing an order and making payment, please check all details carefully, including material, size, text, numbers, logos, and design information. If needed, our team can provide a preliminary layout or visual proof before production.


Warranty

The warranty for goods and materials is valid for 90 calendar days from the date the order is received.

If your product was damaged during delivery due to improper packaging, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt.


Return of Goods with a Manufacturing Defect

You may return a product if it has a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Mechanical damage;
  • Incorrect size or color compared with the details specified on the website or confirmed with our team;
  • Production error made by ALUMADESIGNCO.

Personalized Goods

Personalized goods are not eligible for return or refund if the customer made a mistake in the provided information.

Damage During Transportation

If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us at: info@alumadesignco.com within 3 business days of receiving the order.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Individually personalized products with custom text, numbers, logos, or designs;
  • Custom-made signs and clocks;
  • Hygiene products after opening the package, unless the product is defective.

Payment and Shipping Upon Return

The cost of return shipping is covered by the sender, except in cases where the product was damaged during delivery or manufactured incorrectly due to an error on our part.

Personalized products are not eligible for a financial refund unless they are defective or produced incorrectly by ALUMADESIGNCO. In such cases, we may offer a replacement with a new correctly manufactured product.
